However I just recently spoke to the guys from HD Retrovision and they told me: A while back I did some research and supposedly only the Elgato Game Capture HD supports 240p on OS X, everything else was 480p minimum. It's a Genesis game that outputs at 240p, which is not a well-supported resolution anymore.
